Zen Flow Yoga and Meditate is designed with your privacy in mind. The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. Specifically:
All data you create within the App — including journal entries, saved sequences, and meditation preferences — is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted from your device.
All yoga pose images displayed in the App are stored locally within the App itself. No images are fetched from external servers during normal use.
The App includes an optional feature that allows you to share your yoga sequences with others using your device's native share functionality. This sharing is entirely optional and initiated only by you. We do not have access to what you share or with whom.
Zen Flow Yoga and Meditate is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to remove such information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
